In 1988, Arnold & Laverne Roggman published this popular book highlighting the history of Garnavillo and its surrounding area. It took the Roggmans 12 years (started 1976) to compile and organize all the information dating from 10,000 B.C. to 1876 A.D. (100th anniversary of the United States) into the 570 page book.
